Service Description
The restore program begins with the stimulate process, which using the Hypervolt (handheld massage tool) on areas of the body determined to be tight, tense, or overtrained. The next step in the process is to relax these muscle with neuromuscular facilitation and/or trigger point release. Activation begins by strengthening muscle found to be weak during testing using simple corrective movements. The final step in the program is re-education, which uses compound movements that incorporate the total body.
Cancellation Policy
All appointments require 24 hours notice prior to cancelation. Failure to provide such notice will result in forfeiture of session fee. Any exception to this policy will be at the discretion of management.
